Business Wallet Senior Specialist

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives from a product perspective.
• Ensure that all team members are aligned and that ceremonies are productive and efficient.
• Collaborate with the product manager to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure that backlog items are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for development.

• Work closely with the product manager to understand product vision, goals, and requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Write detailed and clear Jira stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide the development team.
• Ensure that stories are aligned with the overall product strategy and objectives.
• Document product functionality and distribute with wider teams as part of the product operating model.

• Work with developers, quality assurance (QA) teams, and UX designers to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all team members to achieve project goals.

• Ensure that all development work is reviewed and approved by relevant departments, including compliance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure that all work adheres to regulatory and company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is a plus.

• Administrator/Officer/Specialist 0-2 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.
• Senior Specialist 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.
• Assistant Manager/Team Leader 4-6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
• Strong background in writing detailed user stories and documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in cross‑functional collaboration with development, QA, and UX teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
