Senior Specialist - ESG Strategy

The ESG strategy Sr. specialist should ensure the effective data management of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) KPIs and metrics across the organization, support the development of ESG dashboard and automation, monitor progress, and actively assist in the timely execution of ESG initiatives.

• Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify ESG priorities and ensure effective communication of the company's ESG-related initiatives.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, preparing regular updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and project development.
• Support corporate sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and certifications.
• Assist in developing training and awareness programs for employees on ESG topics and practices.
• Represent Qiddiya in ESG-related forums and partnerships, enhancing the company's reputation and commitment to sustainable practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive management and board on ESG progress and strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics and Business Administration
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG strategy development, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility
