Product Manager - EMKAN Finance

To identify, define, and prioritize corporate client needs and translate them into clear product requirements. The Corporate Product Manager acts as the business owner of the corporate products, working closely with the Digital Division to ensure successful development and delivery of products that meet market demands and support the company’s sales and revenue objectives.

• Identify corporate customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities through direct client engagement, market research, and collaboration with the sales team.
• Gather and document detailed product requirements based on feedback from corporate clients, sales teams, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure clarity for development teams.
• Analyse and prioritize product initiatives by assessing business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and available resources.
• Act as the business product owner, providing clear guidance to the Digital Division throughout the product design, development, and testing phases.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring delivery according to timelines, budget constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Lead product-related committees and serve as the Corporate Division’s representative in cross‑functional discussions and decision‑making forums.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, client feedback, and usage data, and propose continuous improvements to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
• Ensure that all products meet internal corporate standards, industry best practices, and comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
