Senior Sales Manager

RACS, an Approved Conformity Assessment Body by SASO
, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Saudi Arabia in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B technical sales
, a strong network among manufacturers, importers, and exporters
, and deep knowledge of Saudi conformity assessment programs
.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and onboard new clients across key industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored service proposals.
• Represent RACS in client meetings, events, and industry forums.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market regulations and certification systems (SASO, SABER, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
  .
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
