• Support the design, development, and enhancement of retail and digital banking products.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth product launches.
• Contribute ideas and insights for new customer-centric financial products and services.

• Analyze customer behavior, performance metrics, and market data to support product decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for product performance reviews and strategic discussions.

• Assist product managers and strategy teams in preparing product documentation, RFPs, and business cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to support innovation initiatives.

• Bachelors or Masters degree from IBA, LUMS, or a recognized business school.
• 2-5 years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or product-related roles.
• Strong interest in product strategy, customer experience, and financial innovation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools will be an advantage.
