Manager - Lean Management

Job Overview

Manager – Lean Management role ensive consulting experience, lead projects helping clients solve operational, implementation, business transformation, process and performance improvement using Lean Management principles.

• Add value to clients by addressing complex issues, delivering sustainable results and demonstrating real impact.
• Advise clients, design and implement Lean solutions that transform organizations.
• Lead projects, manage team members, develop junior consultants through knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Take accountability for team performance, address issues promptly and take necessary action.
• Introduce change and manage client expectations across the hierarchy.
• Shift quickly between complex situations in multifaceted projects.
• Align with sponsors and cross‑functional teams on outcomes, decisions, and targets.
• Assist in client acquisitions and support senior managers/principals with business development.
• Participate in further developing Lean Management concepts, products, and tools.

• 4–5 years of experience in management consulting.
• Involvement in Lean Management implementation and/or related industry experience.
• Experience implementing operational change and Lean tools (process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM).
• Fluent command of English and native command of Arabic required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent time management, analytical, problem‑solving, logical thinking skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit.
• High level of commitment, perseverance, ability to work under pressure and long hours.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
• Willingness to travel extensively, mainly to Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• MBA / relevant post‑graduate degree is an advantage.
