Job Description- Develop and implement annual business plans and budgets for the branch, monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery performance, and ensure all operations meet company standards.
- Oversee day-to-day logistics activities including inbound and outbound processing, last-mile delivery, and returns, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely execution.
- Lead and manage branch teams by providing training, coaching, performance evaluation, and staffing planning based on operational volume forecasts to ensure adequate workforce capacity.
- Optimize labor allocation and overall resource utilization to improve operational efficiency, while ensuring timely reporting of operational metrics and staff attendance.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations, address operational risks or emergencies promptly, and maintain constructive relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Fleet, Customer Service, and other internal departments to support smooth branch operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2+ years in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people.
- Background in cross-border e-commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous.
