Job Description
1.Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
2.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
3.Drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing clients across multiple markets.
4.Build strong partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their logistics and cross-border needs.
5.Negotiate large-scale contracts and strategic agreements to secure long-term, sustainable growth.
6.Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
7.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, and customer service) to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
8.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings, building brand presence and establishing JD Logistics as a market leader.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
Proven and successful track record of building and leading sales teams in the Middle East.
Deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, supply chain management, and cross-border operations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging at the C-level.
