We are recruiting individuals to join the Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I) team in our London office.

London is Efficio's global Headquarters where consultants support clients across the UK and Europe, with the opportunity to travel globally.

• Working with Commercial and Procurement leaders to develop solutions to deliver capital projects and programmes
• Reviewing and optimising operating models, systems, processes, and ways of working
• Leveraging your expertise to identify cost transformation opportunities, and develop strategies to realise the benefits
• Managing the collection and analysis of client data to contribute to the development of recommended solutions
• Managing relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to secure buy‑in to strategies and influence outcomes
• Planning and implementing agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved in the optimal way, in both a delivery and advisory capacity
• Communicating complex issues clearly and effectively
• Contributing to the development of best‑in‑class methodologies, thought‑leadership and intellectual capital
• Participating in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants

• Experience delivering capital projects and programmes, ideally in commercial, procurement or project controls
• Consulting experience, demonstrating experience working with clients and building relationships
• Strong analytical capability and aptitude
• A strong academic background
• Fluency in Arabic is highly beneficial
