We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes, improving efficiency, and driving data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed projects
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform statistical analyses to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Participate in project teams to implement operational improvements
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning and forecasting activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2‑3 years of experience in operations analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
- Expertise in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and workflow analysis
- Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
