Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focusing on growing revenue and in alignment with the company vision.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Actively gain exposure and insights into local market development and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) are updated with accurate sales pipeline data.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Experience in selling to multiple entities in the construction industry.
- Experience in dealing with and maintaining contractors' relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
