We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for the Mena Region with background experience in Marine and Industrial sector to be based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is somebody who is customer service focused and used to delivering on promises, they would ideally already have experience in the region and a network of contacts in the marine and industrial industry sector.

They also must have suitable experience, with proven results, in business development for an oilfield services company.

This individual should be technically strong in regard to marine, industrial services and related inspection services.

A confident individual with excellent client relationship skills

• Experience:
  
  5+ years in business development with a focus on Marine / Industrial Inspection services.
• Experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is Mandatory
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and client needs.
• Network:
  Established relationships within the MENA region’s marine and industry sectors.
• Skills:
  
  Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attributes:
  Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strategic thinker with a passion for achieving targets.
• A person who is proactive and results driven
• Somebody with a strong technical background in a similar, or identical, industry
• Good IT skills, especially in MS applications and the ability to prepare detailed documents, quotations and tender responses
• Willing and able to spend some evenings and weekends at industry events and entertaining clients
• Someone who is extremely self-motivated and continually challenges themselves
• Somebody with strong planning and time management skills
