Job Title - Sales Manager About the Role
You will lead the entire sales function and drive strategic revenue growth in the outsourcing business. This is a senior leadership position responsible for building and scaling the sales organization, setting the commercial vision, and establishing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. You will shape go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver consistent, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Commercial LeadershipDevelop and execute a robust growth strategy for sales across new and existing markets.
Set ambitious revenue targets and define clear, measurable go-to-market plans.
Define the outsourcing value proposition and competitive differentiators for enterprise clients.
Business Development & New Client AcquisitionLead efforts to acquire major enterprise accounts and drive net-new logo growth.
Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to position outsourcing services as strategic enablers.
Oversee complex deal negotiations, including RFP/RFI processes, commercial terms, and contract structure.
Account Management & Strategic PartnershipsDevelop key account strategies for top clients to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
Establish and nurture long-term partnerships by aligning service delivery with client business objectives.
Work with operations and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Market Intelligence & Solution InnovationMonitor outsourcing market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging service models.
Drive innovation in service offerings by collaborating with product, operations, and delivery teams.
Identify new verticals and service lines to expand market reach and revenue potential.
Sales Organization LeadershipRecruit, develop, and lead a world-class sales leadership team (regional heads, account executives, sales operations).
Define a scalable sales structure, territories, roles, and responsibilities.
Instil a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Operational Excellence & Sales ProcessBuild and refine scalable sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, sales methodology).
Implement rigorous KPIs, sales dashboards, and performance metrics to drive visibility and predictability.
Oversee the sales budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, operations, finance, legal, and service delivery teams to align commercial and operational priorities.
Enable smooth handoffs from sales to operations to support onboarding and service delivery excellence.
Ensure feedback loops between sales and delivery to improve service quality and customer experience.
External Representation & Thought LeadershipRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners.
Build and maintain a network of industry influencers, advisors, and potential clients.
Act as a trusted spokesperson for the company's offerings and market vision.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
At least 1015 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 7+ years in outsourcing / BPO / managed services.
Proven success in selling complex, high-value outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Deep understanding of BPO services, contract negotiation, SLAs, and outsourcing economics.
Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and scale a sales organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial literacy.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
