The workshop supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing the daily work within the workshop, supervising the technicians, and ensuring that maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard and on time, while adhering to safety standards and customer satisfaction.

• Full supervision of workflow within the workshop
• Assigning tasks to technicians and monitoring their performance
• Diagnosing faults and overseeing maintenance and repair operations
• Ensuring work quality and adherence to technical specifications
• Interacting with customers and receiving and delivering vehicles
• Monitoring the availability of spare parts and tools
• Complying with occupational safety and hygiene procedures
• Preparing and submitting daily work reports to management

• Strong technical expertise in automotive maintenance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults
• Excellent communication skills with customers and technicians
