- Manage and coordinate all interactions with government authorities to obtain, renew, and follow up on required permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to company operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all official correspondence with government entities.
- Assist in processing visa, residency, and labor-related documentation for employees.
- Responsible for SADAD payments, including government fees, fines, and official charges.
- Manage and administer all activities related to Muqeem platform
, including residency issuance, renewal, transfers, and updates. - Coordinate with Tamm (Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations, renewals, violations, and related services.
- Handle all transactions with immigration including visas, residency services, and employee records.
- Manage company accounts and services on Balady platform
, ensuring municipality-related compliance and approvals. - Coordinate with Civil Defense Salama for safety certifications, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and follow up on registrations and services through Logistic Platform (Ministry of Transport) to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations, platforms, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance follow-up.
- Diplomatic, professional, and trustworthy in dealing with government entities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s or diploma degree in business administration or any related discipline.
