WhatYou'll Do
As the Recruiting Intern, you will support the recruiting efforts throughout the entire recruiting season by maintaining the recruiting database and files, supporting the events and interview planning and organization, and offering additional administrative support as needed.
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
- Manage and maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation
- Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions
- Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders; ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting needs
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment
