we looking for Administrative Assistant, you will help keep operations running smoothly across teams by supporting daily administrative functions, managing communication, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities- Manage scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Handle document filing and internal communication
- Provide support for procurement, HR, or sales teams
- Maintain accurate records in line with company policy
- Greet visitors and assist in onboarding new team members
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with cross-functional teams
