The Operation Coordinator supports the Regional Manager and Deputy Regional Manager in the smooth execution of daily operational activities across the fuel station network. The role is responsible for manpower monitoring, maintenance follow-up, operational data management, and coordinating communication between the Operations team and other departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, Maintenance, Logistics, Procurement, and HSSEQ. The operations Coordinator ensures that operational schedules, reports, and deadlines are met, and that all station-related issues—including maintenance, manpower, and supply requirements—are handled efficiently.

The position plays a key role in updating manpower databases, monitoring compliance with company standards, and supporting HR-related operational processes. Operating in a dynamic and safety-focused environment, the operation Coordinator identifies operational challenges, follows up on action plans, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. This role contributes to the overall effectiveness of the operations department by providing timely coordination, problem-solving, and administrative support.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with maintenance workflows, procurement processes, and logistic coordination.
  • Ability to track, update, and organize operational data with accuracy and attention to detail.
