We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Comprehensive Administrator (or HR & Office Administrator
) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, HR business partnering functions, system maintenance, and office operations management to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
- Maintain and support HR systems and related administrative platforms, including data entry, updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Perform HR Business Partner (HRBP) duties such as employee relations support, coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes, attendance tracking, policy implementation, and assistance with employee lifecycle activities.
- Manage and update the company website in Saudi Arabia, including content updates, basic maintenance, and coordination with relevant teams or vendors to keep information current and accurate.
- Oversee office operational expenses, including rent payments, utilities (water, electricity), facility maintenance coordination, and general office supply management to ensure cost efficiency and timely processing.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document preparation, correspondence, filing, scheduling, and support for internal/external communications.
- Act as a key point of contact for office-related inquiries and contribute to creating a positive, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR support, office management, or system maintenance (1–3+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems or website content management tools (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and local administrative processes is highly desirable.
