Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage front-desk operations, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
- Coordinate basic travel arrangements such as bookings and confirmations when required.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.
- Good in English with written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
