Provides administrative and clerical support to the HSE department. Focuses on maintaining documentation, tracking records, and supporting day-to-day HSE activities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain HSE files, logs, and documentation.
- Track training attendance and certification expiry dates.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Record incidents and maintain safety logs.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes.
- Support audits by organizing required documents.
- Monitor PPE inventory records (basic tracking).
- Follow up on routine administrative tasks assigned by HSE Manager.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of HSE standards.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Works under supervision with limited independent responsibility.
