The Administrative Officer provides daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination between departments, and efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and employees.
- Organize and maintain administrative files and documents (contracts, reports, correspondence).
- Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and manage schedules.
- Assist in preparing periodic administrative reports and statistics.
- Handle simple administrative purchasing and coordinate with suppliers (office supplies).
- Manage emails and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support team members with daily tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (preferably in consulting or service companies).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail when handling documents and records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
