Role
  • Own and maintain the CEO’s live action log and priority tracker, ensuring all items are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
  • Proactively monitor progress on key deliverables, identify potential slippage or bottlenecks, and professionally drive follow‑up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Request updates and follow up directly with Chiefs, Directors, and Managers on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Manage and strategically organize the CEO’s calendar, balancing priorities, travel, and commitments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, invitationsullo, and briefing materials to ensure the CEO is well‑prepared.
  • Draft professional communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Operate with high autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to be responsive in dynamic work hours and adapt to flexible scheduling during peak periods to support executive priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑level administrative role, preferably supporting C‑level executive.
  • Proven experience in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments, with a track record of managing complex priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail‑oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication state of both Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for intra‑city travel as needed.
