Document Controller ( Saudi Nationality )
The Contracts Management Document Controller is responsible for the management, control, and tracking of all contract‑related documents. This role involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. The Documents Controller will work closely with the Contracts Management team to support the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting to final execution.
CoreResponsibilities
- Manage the receipt, registration, and distribution of all contractual documents.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of contracts and other legal documents.
- Maintain records of all correspondence, amendments, and changes.
- Ensure that all contract‑related documents meet quality standards and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and project management teams, to ensure all necessary documents are available and accessible.
- Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, clients, and legal representatives to manage and distribute contractual documentation.
- Generate regular reports on document control activities and contract status.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or related field preferred.
Professional Certifications in Contract Management or Document Control are a plus.
ExperienceYears of
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Contract Management
- Knowledge of the Procurement process
- Experience in using ERP Systems
- Knowledge of regulations and standards
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Strong capability to organize and maintain complex Document management systems.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Results orientation & execution.
- Teamwork & collaboration.
- High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Relevant experience in Document control
- Relevant experience in Contracts management / Procurement
- Experience in SAP ARIBA ERP systems
- Communication skills
