Job PurposeTo manage the daily operations of the Executive Office and provide high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the CEO and executive leadership. The Executive Office Manager ensures smooth workflow, manages executive communications and schedules, oversees office protocols, and acts as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Executive Office, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Office and internal departments, external partners, and government entities.
- Draft, review, and format high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Supervise and support other Executive Office staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with executive office policies, protocols, and document control.
- Manage sensitive information and communications with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Support executive-level events, visits, and board or committee meeting preparations.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution of decisions made by the CEO or executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.
