Responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational support for local projects in Saudi Arabia
- Communication with government authorities, banks, consultants, and notaries
- Assistance with company setup for land and real estate transactions
- Handling local documentation, approvals, and permits
- Support on the supply side (landowners, developers, and partners)
- Coordination of payments and transaction-related processes
- Managing day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Supporting negotiations and local business processes
- Arabic language - native or fluent (mandatory)
- English or Russian - conversational level
- Experience in operations, administrative support, or PRO roles
- Strong understanding of Saudi local business practices
- Ability to work with documentation and government procedures
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in real estate or land-related transactions
- Company formation experience in Saudi Arabia
- Existing local professional network (banks, legal advisors, PROs)
