Manage legal operations, regulatory filings, licensing, government portal submissions, and departmental administrative compliance.

• File and manage regulatory licenses and renewals.
• Handle government portal submissions (MOC, ZATCA, SBC, etc.).
• Coordinate notarization, attestation, PoAs, and official documentation.
• Track compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain legal records, registries, and documentation archives.
• Follow up with authorities and external counsel.
• Prepare official letters, forms, and required documentation.
• Assist in audits and investigations.
• Support internal processes and departmental administration.

• Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years legal operations, compliance, or administrative experience.
