Role OverviewWe are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Saudi office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience managing front office operations in a corporate environment. This is a Saudization role.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience: 3–5 years in front desk, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in corporate or professional services.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and familiarity with client-facing roles.
