Position: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist - Saudization

A leading international business advisory firm specializing in high-net-worth individual migration and investment services across Australia, the U.S.A., and the UAE. The company is recognized for its trusted services, fast growth, and high-volume client engagements, serving hundreds of clients daily.

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Saudi office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience managing front office operations in a corporate environment. This is a Saudization role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and office supplies management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 3–5 years in front desk, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in corporate or professional services.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and familiarity with client-facing roles.
