Accounting Intern

We are looking for a motivated Finance Accounting Intern to join our Finance Department, supporting the Accounts Receivable (AR) function.

As an AR Intern, you will support the team in:

• Accurately recording and processing customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Assisting in reconciling Accounts Receivable balances with the general ledger.
• Coordinating with finance team members to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the improvement of collection procedures to enhance the company’s cash flow.
• Tracking and updating payment records within accounting systems.
• Maintaining accurate and well-organized financial files and documentation.
• Assisting in identifying and escalating overdue payments when required.
• Reviewing financial information for accuracy under supervision.
• Ensuring the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work with accounting systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
