Location: Riyadh, KSA.

We are seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Consultant to support advisory engagements related to financial reporting, accounting standards implementation, and audit support. The role involves working closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services aligned with IFRS and/or public sector accounting frameworks.
Key Qualifications- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Experience with Tier 2 audit and accounting firms
- Qualified or partially qualified professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
- Strong exposure to accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements
- Hands-on experience with IFRS and/or public sector accounting frameworks (e.g. IPSAS)
- Experience in audit support, financial statement preparation, and/or accounting conversions
- Saudi nationality or transferrable Iqamah in KSA
- Experience working with public sector entities, government authorities, or public institutions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Support clients in accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or IPSAS
- Assist in accounting conversions and implementation of new accounting standards
- Provide audit support and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop technical accounting analyses and documentation
- Support public sector entities in compliance with applicable accounting frameworks
- Contribute to financial reporting improvements and process enhancements
- Prepare client deliverables, reports, and advisory documentation
