This is a full‑time, on‑site Accountant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Accountant will handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits, preparing tax filings, and providing financial insights for decision‑making.

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and experience supporting audits.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in the education sector is desirable but not mandatory.
