Business Accountant

Business Accountant for our Riyadh Office

AS+P International Design LLC architecture and planning office in Riyadh, Saudi-Arabia is looking to immediately hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Accountant
.

At AS+P, you’ll be part of a vibrant, interdisciplinary environment, working on a wide range of exciting projects and collaborating with over 220 colleagues from diverse backgrounds across our offices in Frankfurt/Main, Muscat, and Riyadh
.

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with local Saudi accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Ensure timely submission of VAT
  ,
  Zakat
  , and other tax filings
• Operate and manage digital government portals, including:
  • GAZT/ZATCA (VAT and e-invoicing via Fatoora)
  • GOSI (employee insurance and contributions)
  • Mudad (payroll compliance and wage protection)
  • Qiwa (labor and employment services)
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting within Saudi law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of self-organization and attention to detail
• Experience in creative industries is an advantage
• Fluency in Business English (word/text)
• Arabic as a native language is essential
• Saudi nationality and/or holding a Saudi Iqama is desirable
