Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, and perimeter routes, noting unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry using site procedures, including checking identification, logging visitors, and/or directing deliveries to appropriate areas.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or public responders as directed.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other documentation for security-related events, hazards, and/or policy concerns, and communicate updates to supervision.
