Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensures operations follow local codes & established LINE-X procedures
- Thorough understanding of all LINE-X products and services
- Supervises completion of all daily tasks
- Trains and manages sales and technical installation teams
- Monitors sales, costs, and profits
- Generates all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitors quality control in all phases of operation
- Arranges maintenance of shop and equipment as necessary
- Performs financial functions as required
- Practices superior customer service
- Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Helps develop marketing promotions and strategies as required
- Performs any other job function as necessary to ensure the business is running in a profitable and efficient manner
- BS/BA Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay is negotiable based on experience and other factors.
