Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the day‑to‑day accounting function, supporting the month‑end close, financial reporting, and overall accuracy of the general ledger. This position is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who enjoys owning processes and contributing to operational improvement initiatives.

• Support daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
• Perform financial statement preparation and analysis
• Assist with the month‑end close and related reconciliations
• Apply ASC revenue recognition principles, including contract analysis, identification of performance obligations, pricing allocation, and proper revenue timing
• Contribute to ad hoc projects involving process improvement, reporting enhancements, data analysis, and system optimization initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
• CPA license is a plus
