Principal Associate, Project Manager – Marketing

As a Principal, Project Manager at Capital One, you will lead critical and strategic business projects, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that directly impact the company’s bottom line. • Support Client Management teams with developing campaigns, marketing collateral, business presentations, and pitch decks.
• Serve as a contact forinations of vendor management and marketing agency partnerships.
• Develop and deliver presentations to सरकार stakeholders and external partners, including creating written reports, executive summaries, and communication materials to support sales initiatives.
• Work on large and small scale projects that affect the company.
• Manage programs and portfolios for change initiatives prioritized by the organization.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalare.
• Plan, design, and manage project plans to ensure delivery, including feasibility, design, planning, and implementation.
• Leverage problem‑solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key documentation.
• Partner with project customers for strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive delivery.
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered and aligned with intent.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.
• Exhibit a proven track record of project management, quickly establishing structure to manage work.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills essential for interacting across all levels.
• Show organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
