DevOps Engineer

• This role requires working with engineering and software delivery teams, and subject matter experts to understand pipeline requirements and communicate newly curated patterns
• Participate in architecture discussion
• Collaborate with internal agile teams and product owners to help ensure end-to-end quality
• Enable Dev Ops by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging, canary, performance, and Production
• On‑board, train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards
• Build code delivery pipelines that bake in quality and security and automate everything that can be done around software delivery
• Add robust monitoring, alerting, and logging, and automating triage activities as much as possible
• Help project teams build applications that are reliable and meet performance metrics
• Bring a software engineering mindset to infrastructure creation and management, while applying the best operational views to ensure security, scalability, and compliance
• Develop policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.
• Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline and suggest necessary improvements by doing automation or by creating self‑service documents
• Research new technology opportunities and how they can be used to add technical capabilities

• Good knowledge in AWS cloud engineering.
• AWS and OCP experience and experience in helm charts and terraform to deploy into OCP or AWS.
• Someone who has experience actually with deployment patterns and designing the Jenkins architecture.
• Someone with in‑depth knowledge of Jenkins pipelines or more expertise in CICD tools and Jenkins code pipeline management.
• Experience working in an Agile environment—working with Jira boards and tickets.
