Overview

Role: IBM BPM Platform Admin.

Location:

Riverwoods, IL. Duration:
Full Time.

• At least 10+ years of experience leading IBM BPM infrastructure support for production and lower environments.
• Monitor IBM BPM environment runtime performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Profiler, Performance Tuning Toolkit, and suggest improvements.
• Set up new IBM BPM infrastructure and deployment environments (preferably using golden topology) and expand capacity (horizontal and vertical scaling) as required.
• Collaborate with application owners and application support teams to help resolve issues.
• Establish patterns and standards for application logging (business event vs. system/technical logging), error handling, and process instance recovery.
• Monitor the IBM BPM environment using Process Admin Console to detect infinite loops, expensive processes, services, and know how to fix them.
• Deploy process applications and toolkits into various environments (via online and offline server configurations).
• Familiarity with BPMN process modeling and IBM BPM development is highly preferred.
• Ensure compliance with IBM BPM best practices and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a team and working in offshore/onshore models.
