Summary
As a Product Principal / Business Analyst, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges while supporting product strategies that directly impact business performance. Partner with cross?functional teams to develop, modernize, and support transaction product capabilities across proprietary authorization and settlement platforms. Act as product steward for core payment capabilities, accountable for performance, risk structure, and future enhancements.

Operate within a collaborative, fast?paced environment focused on continuous improvement and results.

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid evolving consumer and regulatory demands
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for payment products, including revising pricing structures and leading product?level modeling and analytics
• Support development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with transaction capabilities and modernization initiatives
• Drive improvements in risk management by connecting market risk drivers to business outcomes, developing risk models, and testing hypotheses through analysis
• Manage and sequence delivery of business intent by building clear business requirements and executing against product strategies
• Partner with Product, IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability
• Apply strong analytical decision?making supported by market research, competitive benchmarking, and capability assessments
• Support go?to?market strategies for B2B payment products distributed across network participants
• Build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and strategic technology enhancements
• Maintain a strong results orientation in a fast?paced, dynamic environment
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through clear written and verbal presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in payments
• Experience supporting transaction capabilities within payment networks
• Strong analytical, problem?solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross?functional teams

• Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Physical Sciences)
• 2+ years of experience in analysis
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
