Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
PositionMaintenance Technician
LocationLenox at Bloomingdale, our 240-unit luxury residential community in Riverview, FL 33578 (U.S. 301 and Bloomingdale Ave)
What we offer- Day time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, weekend on-call rotation is required

- 2+ years or more experience apartment maintenance experience
- EPA I & II is required for this position, if you do not have EPA I & II, RPS will sponsor you to become certified within your initial 75-days on the job
- Maintenance professionals with a penchant for resident service, an eye for curb appeal
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not qualified

Responsibilities- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
- Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper;
Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.;
Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws;
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws;
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently - Skills &
Certifications:
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred;
Valid Driver's License required;
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purpose - Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package
