• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years as a lead
• Able to handle volume in packing
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate packing activities to meet production and quality goals.
• Lead, train, and support packing associates to follow standard procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure all products are packed properly, labeled correctly, and comply with company standards.
• Communicate with management about staffing needs, production issues, and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
