In this role, you will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement while managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will represent the company in key meetings, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and play a key role in delivering high-profile healthcare and commercial projects from preconstruction through to completion.

The Role:

• Shell Contracting Project Manager
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, superintendents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Person:

• Experience managing structural frame and external envelope projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, designs, and drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skill
