St. Joseph’s South Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist
- PRN/Pool to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an acute care setting. This PRN role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve optimal outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement techniques, home exercise programs, and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient-centered care plans.

• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required PT (Physical Therapy)
• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
