As Assistant Center Director, you are the right‑hand partner to our Center Director, Ali, helping lead daily operations and create an exceptional experience for students and families.

You will:

• Welcome families and create a warm, professional first impression
• Coach and support instructors during sessions
• Celebrate student progress and build motivation
• Communicate with parents about student growth
• Schedule assessments and explain our program to new families
• Keep sessions organized and running smoothly
• Support training and team development

You’ll balance leadership, customer service, coaching, and operations — all while keeping the energy positive and focused on student success.
