Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riverview, FL for a Lead Preschool Teacher. Responsibilities include creating and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning environment. The Lead Preschool Teacher will support early childhood development, foster communication and social skills among children, and prepare them for Kindergarten. The role also includes collaborating with parents, staff, and other educators to provide a nurturing and educational experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Familiarity with Kindergarten readiness preparation and developmentally appropriate teaching strategies
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education and related fields are highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, positive, and safe classroom environment
