Advent Health is expanding our medical expertise, innovation, and state‑of‑the‑art technology to southern Hillsborough County through a brand‑new hospital that opened in Fall 2024. This $250 million project in Riverview also includes a 100,000 square foot, four‑story Medical Office Building to provide community members convenient access to the expert care they need, when they need it.

The West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the last six years, we’ve nearly tripled in size with a projection to grow to 835 providers by the end of 2025. With the addition of Advent Health Port Charlotte, we span a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties as well as five Care Pavilions.
