Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, delivering patient time and care with best-in-class support through our Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings to enhance your clinical skills. You’ll provide exceptional lifetime care to your patients with a focus on relationship-building and patient experience, while benefiting from a culture that supports autonomy and professional development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • 2-3 years of dental hygiene experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by the office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary; reasonable accommodations may be made
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
  • TB test is required for all new dental office positions; arranged during pre-employment process; not applicable in FL & TN
