As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, delivering patient time and care with best-in-class support through our Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings to enhance your clinical skills. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- 2-3 years of dental hygiene experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by the office
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary; reasonable accommodations may be made
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
- TB test is required for all new dental office positions; arranged during pre-employment process; not applicable in FL & TN
