  Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, email, web).
• Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
• Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Operations Internships are ideal for candidates pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or similar.
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application or must have graduated the semester immediately preceding the start of the internship.
• Minimum sophomore status. Rising juniors, rising seniors, or graduate students preferred.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of application; graduation preferred.

• Curious, coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable.
• Motivated and enthusiastic about doing great work.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong tech-savvy competency; experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, learning agility.
• Bias for action and desire to make a meaningful difference.
• Strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry preferred.
• Added plus: students involved in extracurricular activities (student orgs, leadership, athletes, NAHB competitions).

• Schedule may be adjusted based on individual student need.
• 40 hours per week; schedule depends on position requirements.
• Compensation: $20-22 per hour
• Benefits:
  Temporary employees eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Plan.

  Internship includes shadowing various functions, holistic view, possibly capstone presentation or final project.
