- Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
- Conduct free consultations
- Educate patients about their condition and prognosis
- Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
- Complete all required documentation of each visit
- Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as needed
- Supervise PTAs and Therapy Technicians
- Record patient progress and successes
- Maintain up-to-date case management lists
- Assist in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
- Track individual stats and complete productivity reports
