- Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in PTA
- Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or ability to get
- Perform treatment sessions with patients
- Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
- Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
- Complete all required documentation of each visit
- Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as appropriate
- Follow therapist's plan of care and communicate with the therapist regarding care
- Supervise Therapy Technicians
- Listen to and record patient successes
- Keep Case Management lists up to date
- Assist in marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing Department
- Keep track of individual stats and complete productivity reports
